Aqua Crew is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our mobile car detailing operations across Victoria. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all sites.
- Oversee the daily operations of our nine mobile car detailing locations, ensuring each site operates efficiently and meets performance targets.
- Manage the financial performance of the business, preparing budgets, monitoring financial reports, and analysing data to inform decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop site managers and their teams, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all sites, addressing customer feedback, resolving issues, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all sites comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements, implementing and monitoring safety procedures and risk management practices.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and improvement, developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on operational performance, financial results, and key metrics, utilising data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within the mobile car detailing or service industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate management principles, strategic planning, and multi-site operations.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a positive work culture.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex operational challenges effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with compliance and safety regulations relevant to the car detailing industry.
- Ability to travel between sites as required.
