Sports Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative officer with a passion for sport to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead operational areas including participant services, community and cultural engagement, games accreditation and registrations, and event-day coordination.
- Work closely with volunteers, workforce, and local stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across games services, workforce coordination, and community activations.
- Support key events such as the Alice Springs Masters Games.
- Proven event, venue, sports or project management skills.
- Ability to work within a team while managing individual workload.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with experience working with the public.
- High-level administration skills and ability to adapt to new software programs.
- Current valid NT drivers' licence, and first aid certificate or ability to obtain.
As an administrative officer, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing databases, and providing exceptional customer service to our stakeholders.
