Overview

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sports Operations Manager to oversee all elements of sport competition and operations for the Alice Springs Master Games.

The successful applicant will contribute to marketing efforts, support recognition initiatives and ensure competitions run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.

  • Demonstrated experience in event management, venue operations, sports administration or project coordination with sound knowledge of local area marketing.
  • Ability to work within a team whilst managing individual workload with proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with experience working with the public.
  • High-level administration skills and ability to adapt to new software programs.
  • Current valid NT drivers' licence, and first aid certificate or ability to obtain.

  • Providing frontline event support and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and the Games workforce.
