Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled People and Culture Officer to join our team and provide essential administrative support across our People and Culture (P&C) functions. As a key member of our HR operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR processes by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the P&C inbox, files, spreadsheets, surveys, and other general administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the accurate and detailed recording and maintenance of HR information systems and documents.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and corporate systems to efficiently assist with the creation, maintenance, storage, printing, and distribution of all P&C documentation.
  • Ensure accurate administration of personnel records using HR management systems.
  • Track and process incoming and outgoing HR correspondence.
  • Attend team meetings and assist with minute-taking to ensure accurate records of discussions and action items.
  • Liaise with other internal departments as needed to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within a HR or People and Culture setting.
  • Currently studying or have a completed relevant qualification e.g. Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources (desirable).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective customer service and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with various departments.
