Job Title: Leisure Facilities Operations Manager
">The Morwell Leisure Facilities is seeking a professional to manage the operations of our leisure facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs and services that meet the needs of our community.

- Manage daily facility operations to ensure efficient service delivery and effective use of resources;">
- Oversee programming and events to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction;">
- Lead and develop staff to provide consistent, quality programs and services;">
- Support external user groups and other facility patrons to ensure a welcoming and accessible environment;">
Requirements:

- Qualifications and/or extensive experience in financial and staff management;">
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement services, programs, and activities;">
- High-level communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills;">
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and communities;">
- Current Pool Lifeguard qualification, Defibrillation Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Pool Operations Certificate, and Food Operations Certificate;">
