This role is a critical component of our claims management services. You will be responsible for handling a portfolio of general insurance claims for Local Government clients, with a focus on liability claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end processes for a mixed portfolio of primarily Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Property claims;
  • Conduct thorough investigations into reserving, claims costs, and negotiations with various third parties;
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication;
  • Analyzing entitlements of cover to Clients
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, and reinsurers.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in general insurance claims;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required;
  • Previous experience in providing indemnity advice to stakeholders;
  • Deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills;
  • Australia-based operation.
