Job Title: Knowledge Manager

Description:

This is a mid-senior level position that involves leading the Knowledge Program, including:

  • Overseeing a team of knowledge professionals in the creation, development and use of internal knowledge content and governance framework.
  • Leveraging quality assurance across other knowledge writers, SMEs, reviewers and approvers.
  • Spearheading clear targets for defining, measuring and improving business operations.

As the Business Owner for the HIYA Platform, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating contractual obligations (vendor management).
  • Leading the A&G Community Practice.
  • Accountability for user access and administration.
  • Accountability for development of BCP and Operational Incident Processes.
  • Direct leadership accountability for the knowledge management team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Insurance terminology, understanding of Claims Process, Legislative, Regulatory, and Compliance obligations to operate in the Financial Services Regulatory environment, Project and change management, technical writing, and leadership skills. Experience in Verint KM Pro (HIYA) and Atlassian tools – Confluence & JIRA is desirable.
