Senior Knowledge Leader

A Senior Knowledge Leader is required to spearhead our claims and knowledge management program.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading central teams of knowledge professionals, coordinating with co-authors to develop and utilize internal knowledge content and governance frameworks.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs across knowledge writers, SMEs, reviewers, and approvers.
- Establish clear targets for defining, measuring, and improving business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination and execution of contractual obligations with vendors.
- Direct leadership accountability for the knowledge management team.
- Partner with stakeholders and business functions to prioritize and regulate the ongoing development of knowledge content for publication.
- Accountable for the overall knowledge base integrity and relevance by auditing content regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical writing, including producing, reviewing, and documenting process and procedure writing to a high standard.
- Demonstrated ability to apply quality written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including interpreting and applying policy, guidelines, and business rules.
- Experience leading and working with knowledge teams, including strong leadership skills, KPIs, targets, and deliverables.
