Job Summary:

Senior Knowledge Manager Role

This is a senior position responsible for driving the development and implementation of knowledge management practices across the organization.

Main Responsibilities include leading a central team of professionals to create, develop and use internal knowledge content and governance framework.

Develop quality assurance programs for writers, subject matter experts, reviewers and approvers.

Establish clear targets for defining, measuring and improving business operations.

Collaborate with leadership teams to prioritize and resource work portfolios.

Accountabilities include coordinating contractual obligations with vendors.

Lead community practice initiatives.

Manage user access and administration.

Develop business continuity plans and operational incident processes.

Direct leadership accountability for the knowledge management team.

  • Experience with insurance terminology and understanding of claims process.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply quality written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, KPIs, targets and deliverables.
  • High level collaboration and communication skills exposure to contact centre environment desirable.
