We specialise in supporting individuals with complex needs, providing tailored assistance to enable them to live fulfilling lives in the community.

Our services are based in Melbourne, Geelong and regional Victoria, including Benalla, Wangaratta, Stawell and Bendigo. We build relationships with clients based on their individual needs and preferences.

Our clients may have physical disability, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, intellectual disability or autism. We partner with people who want to maintain their independence and participate fully in community life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients with mental health needs and behaviour of concern (BOC)
  • Developing communication strategies for clients with cognitive impairments
  • Assisting clients with physical disabilities, including transfers and equipment use
  • Building rapport with clients through patience and empathy
  • Empowering clients to make informed decisions about their lives

Ongoing commitment and adaptability are essential for success in this role. Candidates should be willing to work varied shifts, including sleepovers, day support, and in-home evening support. They must also be committed to ongoing development and willing to drive clients' vehicles when necessary.
