Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized individual to join our team as a Foster Care Case Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing case management services to children and young people in foster care placements.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that children and young people receive the support they need to thrive. This includes advocating for their needs, attending care team meetings, and completing administrative tasks. You will also engage with volunteer carers, providing support and setting them up for success.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to manage competing priorities, including home visits, phone calls, and administrative tasks. You will also need to work collaboratively with other service providers to ensure that children and young people receive the best possible outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
