
Program Accreditation Specialist

This is a full-time, fixed-term position responsible for providing high-quality administrative support services to the Program Accreditation team.
- Coordinate meeting preparations, including room bookings and setup, catering, and provision of materials or information.
- Prepare and process agendas and meeting papers for committee meetings and distribute electronically.
- Effectively manage all relevant committee communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Record and/or manage decisions, actions, or outcomes from meetings, depending on the nature of the meeting.
- Organize travel arrangements, including bookings and preparation of detailed itineraries.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years' experience in Executive or Secretariat support, be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, SharePoint/Diligent Boards, and video/web conferencing platforms.
