Job Overview:

This is a full-time, continuing position based in Kensington, NSW with a hybrid working model.

  • The role will operate with high-level independence and initiative, leading and managing administrative services, governance, project management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver Transnational Education (TNE) programs and global Lifelong Learning (GLLL) initiatives in alignment with the University's Global Strategy.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing high-level administrative, operational, and project support for GEI initiatives, including executive support, governance coordination, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with university and global education policies. The successful candidate will also provide expert advice, facilitate communication, and support cross-functional projects aligned with the Global Strategy and lifelong learning, while ensuring discretion, collaboration, and timely delivery of outcomes.

About You:

For this challenging role, we are seeking an experienced professional who can leverage their knowledge and expertise in project coordination, administration, and stakeholder engagement to drive the success of TNE programs and GLLL initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification with a depth of subsequent relevant experience in complex organisational environments.

  1. They will possess demonstrated ability to lead administrative and operational delivery of initiatives across multiple stakeholders, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and ability to tailor messaging across diverse stakeholder groups.
  2. Additionally, the successful candidate will have demonstrated range of project management experience and supporting initiatives, with proven ability to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery within agreed timeframes.
  3. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with ability to negotiate and collaborate with all levels of staff and external stakeholders, as well as strong organisational skills with proven ability to independently manage competing deadlines, changing priorities, and complex workflows.
  4. Advanced level of computer literacy, working with a range of computer systems and applications including Outlook and MS Teams, is also essential.
