We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team at Brecks Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion while ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and working towards achieving the project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
3. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
4. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication and provide regular updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
6. Monitor and maintain project documentation and ensure all project deliverables are met.
7. Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
9. Utilize project management tools and techniques to facilitate project planning, tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects within budget and on schedule.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Proficient in project management software and tools.
8. PMP certification is an asset.
