Key Role in Improving Cashflow and Delivering Excellent Service

A leading global firm is seeking a skilled professional to manage a small team of specialists who support client payments. As a key member of the payment operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving improvement in cash flow position, reducing days to pay for clients and increasing premium funding within a large client segment.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day activities of the team, providing outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all large clients are followed up for payment as per current process.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing premium funding support for large client segments
  • Regular receivable escalation meetings with business leaders
  • Management of staff to coach and develop them to be their best
  • Accountability of team performance to reduce days to pay in large client space
