Responsibilities
Process salary package payments, including the generation and processing of bank EFT and BPAY payment files.
Manage Superannuation contribution imports and facilitate third party vendor payments.
Reconcile allocated bank accounts within specified frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly).
Investigate, escalate, and resolve any reconciling items to eliminate discrepancies between systems and bank records.
Generate and distribute client and vendor reports as required.
Maintain accuracy, compliance, and client focus in all internal and external interactions, striving for first-contact resolution in all functions.
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Effective prioritization to meet critical deadlines.
Experience in finance and account reconciliations.
Proficiency in working with large datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
