This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives.

You'll provide analysis and documentation of business and system requirements for assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements throughout the delivery and operational life cycle.
  • Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.
  • Validate systems against user stories, goals, metrics, and targets.
  • Influence stakeholders and decisions for mutual benefit.
  • Simplify information and decipher technical jargon for nontechnical audiences.
  • Support solution implementation and testing.
  • Support business transition and change establishment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in Waterfall/Agile practices and Jira tools.
  • Understanding of the Payments industry and NPP products.
