Geotechnical Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead ground investigations, analysis and design for infrastructure and building projects.

  • Plan and manage site investigations, laboratory testing and associated health and safety requirements with minimal risk exposure.
  • Conduct geotechnical analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure projects with high-quality output.
  • Interpret ground conditions and prepare technical reports that meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver comprehensive geotechnical solutions.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and relationship building with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with or working towards a Master's in Geotechnical Engineering) and eligibility for chartership.
  • 3-4 years experience in geotechnical design and construction, with sound knowledge of ground conditions.
  • Proven ability to deliver geotechnical solutions using industry-standard software.
  • Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills with effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Motivation to lead, support others and thrive in a collaborative environment.
