About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Member to join our team at Peter Alexander Bathurst. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving and processing store sales, contributing to the overall success of the store by delivering exceptional customer experiences and completing operational responsibilities.

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about providing a personal, delightful, intimate, indulgent, and memorable experience for the Peter Alexander customer.

  • A competitive salary range of AUD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing a genuine and unique experience for every customer which is in line with the Peter Alexander brand
  • Working collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets
  • Assisting with stock management and processing
  • Assisting with set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
  • Minimising stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures

  • Demonstrated a strong customer focus and ability to provide an outstanding customer experience
