Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Scott Park Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
- Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with relevant standards, quality controls, policies, and procedures.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to trades and contractors on site.
- Respond to and resolve issues escalated by team members, trades, and customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with trades, subcontractors, and clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safe work practices and processes on site.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in residential construction.
- The right to work in Australia.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience with Click Homes is desirable but not essential.
- Proficient with computers and iPads.
- Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Construction Safety Induction Card.
