About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Building Coordinator to join our Scheduling team based in Western Australia in a permanent full-time position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively compiling accurate 'Bill of Quantities' ensuring all materials and resources required are sourced from the 'Price Book' and scheduled in line with the construction plan.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide support to the scheduling team and construction team
  2. Compile and analyze cost control reporting
  3. Monitor the progress and budgets of construction projects
  4. Approve and process invoices
  5. Resolve issues related to Scheduling and escalate to the appropriate Manager for resolution when necessary
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Scheduling within a WA building company
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Preferably experience with Databuild and Microsoft Excel
