About the Role

The Civil Infrastructure Manager will oversee and manage construction processes on site, coordinating and directing activities of workers, subcontractors and suppliers.

This role requires effective management of projects to ensure timely completion within budget and to required quality standards.

  • Coordinate and direct workers, subcontractors and suppliers during the construction process.
  • Enforce safety regulations and building codes through regular inspections.
  • Resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, costs and quality control measures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and stakeholders.

To be successful in this key role, you must have:

  • Delivered civil packages of work on water infrastructure projects or similar.
  • Trade qualification.
  • Supervisory experience on projects over $50M.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
