About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Park Manager to lead our team at Lake St Clair Campgrounds in NSW. This is a unique business development opportunity that offers a competitive salary, superannuation, and amazing benefits.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the campground, including overseeing staff, maintaining facilities, and providing exceptional customer service.

This role comes with an unfurnished 2-bedroom residence on site, making it an attractive option for those looking to relocate to the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of campground operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and supervise a small team of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to management.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills.
  • A willingness to learn and apply new systems and processes.
  • Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Availability to work across a seven-day roster, which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation and amazing benefits. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and development programs.
