We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced APAC ETF Equities Investment Strategist to join our team at State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), Australia, Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in representing our range of equity ETFs and championing their strategic growth across Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with our portfolio managers and analysts to cultivate a deep understanding of our investment approaches, underlying securities, and results.
- Work closely with our Client Coverage distribution team and marketing teams to position our equity investment strategies with targeted clients and prospects in the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and deliver investment, market, and business communications to existing and prospective clients through one-on-one, small group, and large audience presentations.
- Provide updates on overall financial markets performance, economic trends, and the overall investment outlook as articulated by our investment teams.
- Become a spokesperson with the ability to present a deep understanding of the equity investment process, market outlook, and strong advocate for our services.
- Prepare for client meetings, including updating presentation materials, portfolio review, competitor analysis, and market update slides.
- Continually create new sales content ideas/ways to advocate our products across the target markets.
- Work closely with other SSGA teams, including Marketing, Product, and Capital Markets.
- Carry out market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market at internal weekly meetings.
- Strong leadership skills.

- Strong technical ability with investment industry knowledge.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of economics and capital markets, including global macro and marketing topics, particularly equities.
