Our venue operations expert will lead day-to-day activities ensuring compliance with industry regulations and delivering exceptional service across the entire venue.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct daily operations across front-of-house and service functions.
  • Manage staff including recruitment, rostering, training, and performance development to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost controls to meet operational targets.
  • Ensure adherence to liquor licensing, food safety, workplace health and safety regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve service issues to maintain our reputation for excellence.
  • Support marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver strategic business goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in hospitality management or operations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements (liquor, health & safety, food safety).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, stock, and cost controls.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
