Senior Venue Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing venue or hospitality operations, with a strong focus on leadership, customer service, and financial management.
- Strong leadership skills, including coaching and rostering staff.
- Ability to manage budgets, stock, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of licensing, health & safety, and compliance frameworks.
In this key role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring seamless delivery of events and services. You will lead a team of duty managers, supervisors, and hospitality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, while driving profitability and efficiency across the venue. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and making informed decisions that benefit the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing event setups, staffing, and vendor partnerships.
- Coordinating financial reporting and budget management.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implementing effective operational strategies.
