Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Venue Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This role will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive service excellence across our venue.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct and coordinate daily operations across front of house functions.
  • Manage staff, including recruitment, rostering, training, and performance development.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost controls to meet operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, workplace health and safety, and all relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer feedback and resolve service issues to maintain our reputation for excellence.
  • Support marketing initiatives to grow revenue and enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver business objectives.

Requirements include strong leadership and people management skills, demonstrated knowledge of compliance requirements, proven ability to manage budgets, stock, and cost controls, as well as strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
