Supporting Vulnerable Families as a Child Protection Specialist

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable children and families? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled caseworker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct home visits with parents, family members, children or young people to address safety concerns and provide support.
- Develop comprehensive safety plans and conduct risk assessments to ensure the wellbeing of children and young people.
- Manage complex cases and situations, including working with high needs and high-risk clients and their families.
- Participate in court processes, including preparing court documents and attending court hearings.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science and Welfare, along with relevant practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A valid driver's licence (P1 or above).
- A current paid Working with Children clearance number.
- A competitive salary from $87,315 – $113,562 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
