Job Title: Conference & Events Operations Manager

Role Overview:

The Conference and Events Operations Manager is responsible for planning and executing the delivery of conferences, meetings, weddings, and other special events. This role requires strong partnership with various teams to ensure seamless delivery for guests and their events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute conferences, meetings, weddings, and other special events.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Services Manager and Kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive team development and training to foster a workplace culture aligned with our values.
  • Provide additional support to the Food & Beverage department across outlets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of conference, event, and function operations.
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality and/or events with a focus on guest service and team engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
  • Computer literate with strong administration skills; experience in POS applications is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work a seven-day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Hold relevant certifications or be willing to obtain them.
