Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team at Pilbara Minerals Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities for our Pilgangoora Operation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads and senior management to ensure accurate inputs and analysis.
- Develop accurate financial forecasts and models to support business planning and resource allocation decisions.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide regular reports to management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports to facilitate financial and operational review of the business.
- Partner with operational teams and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop metrics and dashboards to drive performance improvement and operational efficiency.
We are looking for a candidate with formal tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline, and significant experience in business partnering in a finance or commercial environment, ideally in the mining and resources industry. You will have advanced analytical skills, including experience working with MS Excel and Power BI, and strong leadership skills with proven prior experience in managing teams of people.
