About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Corporate team at Pilbara Minerals Ltd.

This is a permanent full-time position based at our West Perth office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frame and build financial models to evaluate various scenarios and plans, and communicate the risk-reward propositions to senior leadership.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, including sensitivity and ROIC analysis, to support annual plans, quarterly forecasting, and strategic long-term forecasting.
  • Maintain and continuously improve models, implementing financial model best practices.
  • Apply intelligence on industry trends and market dynamics to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare presentations and produce Board materials, using storytelling to connect and engage with the audience.
About You

We are looking for a tertiary qualified professional with a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Experience in a diverse background, including consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or engineering, is highly regarded.

ASX or international listed company experience is also desirable.
