Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate various scenarios and plans, providing key decision-makers with informed recommendations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, including sensitivity and return on investment (ROIC) analysis, to support annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and strategic long-term planning.
  • Design and implement financial model best practices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key value drivers and optimize business processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including Board materials, to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver presentations that effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or economics.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate or investment banking environment.
  • Strong technical skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
