About the Role

The Community Linker is a new position that will support the development of a program aimed at assisting community members access services and support. This includes live testing of the model with individuals experiencing financial hardship to enhance service delivery.

Through prototyping and testing, it is anticipated that this role will play an integral part in research and program design. The successful candidate will build on this foundation to get the program ready to launch and scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the prototyping phases of the Linker Program.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs without bias or interpretation, working collaboratively with them to overcome barriers to accessing supports or navigating their goals.
  • Support clients' autonomy by building confidence to support themselves and others in the future.
  • Contribute to the development of program documentation framework, resources, protocols, policies and procedures.
