The role of Clinical Coordination Lead is a key position in the delivery of high-quality mental health services. As a leader, you will oversee the coordination and supervision of clinical teams, ensuring seamless support for individuals in distress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality mental health services at Head to Health Northern Adelaide;">
  • Oversee clinical coordination, supervision, and resource allocation for the Immediate Access Care (IAC) and Short-Term Care (STC) teams;">
  • Ensure timely, compassionate care without referrals or out-of-pocket costs;">
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to inspire and facilitate team commitment and cooperation;">
  • Prepare reports with recommendations and ensure program implementation in line with funding requirements and contracts.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Demonstrated experience working within fast-paced environments;">
  • Minimum of five years' clinical practice in mental health treatment and care;">
  • Experience in working and supporting Peer Practice workforce;">
  • Proven experience at senior clinical level within mental health service delivery;">
  • Current registration with relevant bodies, such as AASW, AHPRA, or Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.">
