Job Description:

The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for providing support services to clients, ensuring timely billing and claiming of funded services, and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support services within the CRM system to bill and claim billable hours funded by the NDIS for services provided to Disability Services' clients;
  2. Assist and support with reconciling revenue received (General Ledger) for claims made in the NDIS Portal;
  3. Assist in creating planned-managed and self-managed invoices including debt management;
  4. Assist with client vendor set-up, generation of claims, raising invoices through Shared Services SA, and invoice enquiries from clients, families, and Plan Managers;
  5. Support the Finance team to achieve business objectives;
  6. Contribute to the effective maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • National Police Check required;
  • Some out-of-hours work may be required.
