Key Responsibilities- Build a diverse clinical skillset by rotating across different teams and clinical areas.
- Provide high-quality podiatry services across clinical settings, including acute hospital care, community, and outreach services.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and mentoring sessions.
- Develop a Quality Improvement Project with support from senior staff.
- Pursue further study in rural generalist practice (e.g., James Cook University Rural Generalist Level 1).
- Current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
- Interest in rural health and improving outcomes for people in rural communities.
- Motivated, flexible, and committed to patient well-being and outcomes.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to evidence-based assessments and treatments.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW.
- Diverse clinical experience across various settings.
- Supportive Allied Health teams for professional development and optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervision and ongoing support from senior staff and the Rural Generalist Program coordinator.
