We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level quality support to our sales and service teams, pre-qualifying, generating, and documenting partner and merchant leads, and nurturing long-term opportunities in early stages prior to the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.">
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell existing partners with new products and capabilities.">
  • Actively participate in targeted new business, retention, renewal, and marketing campaigns.">
  • Deliver prospective customers via closing sales generated through cold calling, digital engagements, and multiple inbound channels.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • ">
  • A sound knowledge of banking, financial, and/or payment solutions technology and payment choices available to merchants.">
  • Strong 'phone' presence and outputs; an ability to understand nuances in tone, style & word choice, demeanor, and be comfortable in managing the silence.">
  • Incredible listening skills to decode, underpin rapport building to access partners and merchants real needs.">
  • An ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels across the team.">
  • A self-starter who can work to develop new partner and merchant engagements through the entire sales cycle.">
  • A competent writer able to communicate succinctly, construct concise written communication free from grammatical and spelling errors with a sense of urgency top of mind.">
  • Experience presenting and closing all decision and senior leaders of Payrix's target customer bases, aligning their business problems with our payment solutions.">
