Regional Property Development Leader

- Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective outcomes.
- Oversee commercial transactions and property governance frameworks to maintain best practice.
- Provide strategic advice and uplift internal capability to drive business growth.
- A strong strategic mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in property, planning, and governance.
- Expertise in financial acumen and business case development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A Class C Driver's Licence.
