Financial Leadership Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a focus on both day-to-day financial operations and forward-looking improvements to systems, processes, and controls.

  • Oversee the full spectrum of financial and commercial operations for the Victorian division, including management of a significant property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a CPA or CA-qualified finance professional with demonstrated leadership in complex or multi-faceted environments, preferably with a property focus.

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong ERP systems experience, with a track record of identifying and delivering process improvements.
  • Excellent financial planning, analysis, compliance, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to guide and mentor a small team while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance.
  2. Managing payroll, reconciliations, and audit processes.
  3. Providing financial insights to support decision-making across the business.
  4. Overseeing the property and investment portfolio.
  5. Driving efficiencies in financial systems and reporting through ERP optimisation.
  6. Leading and mentoring two finance staff and partnering with cross-functional teams.
