Senior Business Analyst Role

This role plays a pivotal part in driving strategic initiatives and facilitating business improvement projects within the organization.

You will work closely with teams to drive projects from discovery through to implementation, holding workshops with senior stakeholders to understand and gather requirements, and producing project control plans.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive strategic initiatives and facilitate business improvement projects
  2. Hold workshops with senior stakeholders to understand and gather requirements
  3. Produce project control plans, including scope, financial position, and resource requirements
  4. Identify and analyze business requirements and business impacts
  5. Develop solutions to complex business challenges
  6. Manage projects and user testing
  7. Utilize Agile project delivery software, process automation software, collaboration platforms, and data visualization software
