Education Support Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to support students with special learning requirements in our Secondary School.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with special learning requirements, including non-funded students with disabilities and students with English as a second language.
  • Provide additional time for assessments/tests/exams and offer reading and/or scribe services if required.
  • Collaborate with Teachers to identify student issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to enhance their learning and understanding of the curriculum.
  • Utilize experience in writing and implementing Individual Educational Programs (IEPs).

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting Secondary School students with learning difficulties in an engaging and relevant manner. They will possess various support strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students they assist.

  • A current Working With Children card and Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months).
  • Eligibility to live and work in Australia.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in the area of application.
