Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at RACV. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving significant policy growth, member value, and financial performance within the Home Insurance and Small Business Insurance portfolios.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products and a proven track record of driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity and implementing strategies to improve demand, conversion, sales, and retention rates.
You will also be responsible for preparing regular reports and undertaking ad hoc analysis to improve portfolio performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with key stakeholders in an agile environment to design, build, and deliver ongoing digital enhancements to drive conversion uplifts through the sales funnel.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant business discipline, such as commerce, law, economics, or marketing. Postgraduate qualifications in business or marketing are desirable. Experience in insurance or financial services is also highly desirable.
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be able to develop plans and achieve implementation within set timeframes. If you are a strategic thinker with commercial acumen and strong financial literacy, we want to hear from you.
