We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Workplace & Logistics team within Stockland's Industrial Property division.

About the Role

This is a critical position that oversees several Sydney industrial estates, driving asset net profit by maximising revenue opportunities and accurate forecasting on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities
  • Maximise revenue through effective property management and accurate budgeting
  • Maintain close liaison with key customer stakeholders to ensure understanding of business changes impacting current and future space requirements and facilities provision
  • Prepare and manage annual operational and capital expenditure budgets
  • BUILD and maintain harmonious relationships with key site contacts and tenant representatives
  • Evaluate and improve contractor performance regarding energy, water, and waste reduction programs
About You

You will have:

  • A solid understanding and work experience in Property Management
  • Experience within an industrial setting will be highly regarded
  • A good working knowledge on lease documentation, land legislation, and OH&S
  • Strong analytical and financial budgeting acumen
  • Strong client focus with an ability to maintain effective relationships
