Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Trainee. In this role, you will provide administrative support to deliver effective and client-centred Intake Services for Dhelkaya Health.
About the Role
The Administration Trainee will be responsible for managing client records, providing customer service, and performing daily administrative tasks in accordance with relevant legislation and hospital procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Intake Services team
- Manage client records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Requirements
- Willingness to undertake Certificate III Business
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
