Mid-Senior Chef of Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Mid-Senior Chef of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior kitchen staff in managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Oversee food preparation, menu planning, and service delivery in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Manage stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and assist with ordering.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety.

  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently to achieve set goals.
  • Be flexible and available to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant trade qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to step into a leadership role confidently.
