**Job Title:** Resident Services Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional resident services across our properties. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who can collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement strategic plans for continuous leasing and resident engagement.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and be able to manage leasing transactions, tenancy agreements, condition reports, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
  • They will also oversee resident service initiatives, events, and programs, ensuring prompt response to resident requests.
  • In addition, they will stay updated on market trends, vacancy rates, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance property management strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for continuous leasing and resident engagement while ensuring alignment with overall property management goals.
  • Document leasing activities, review feedback, and provide comprehensive reports to management to improve resident satisfaction and leasing success.
  • Manage leasing transactions, tenancy agreements, condition reports, inspections, and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee resident service initiatives, events, and programs, ensuring prompt response to resident requests.
  • Stay updated on market trends, vacancy rates, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance property management strategy.
