Are you an experienced healthcare professional ready to take on a rewarding leadership role? A market leading Aged Care provider is seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager to run a 100 bed Residential Aged Care facility.

Remuneration$150,000 + Super & Salary Packaging & 15% bonus
About the RoleThe Residence Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
- Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
- Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence. They will possess:
- Qualifications: AHPRA registration, Clinical Background Essential for this role
- Experience: Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
