Job Title: Food Service Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to fill the role of Food Service Assistant in our kitchen team. This position involves providing exceptional support in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to strict food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean all prep benches and floors to maintain a clean and tidy kitchen.
  • Follow daily cleaning schedules and perform duties as directed by supervisors.
  • Ensure that kitchen utensils and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use.
  • Prepare soups, snacks, and other customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Check products in line and restock them to ensure seamless service.
Additional Duties:
  • Wash all dishes, including crockery, cutlery, and pots, in a timely and proper manner.
  • Empty the dishwasher and clean it according to instructions.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors, removing all food scraps and debris.
  • Remove rubbish to outside bins or garbage areas, ensuring no bags are left inside the restaurant.
