Food Services Assistant -Full Time & Part Time
Northern Beaches Hospital Food Service departments is looking to employ
Full & Part time Food Services Assistants
to join their busy department ASAP. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients.
As a Food Services Assistant your responsibilities will include:
Assist in preparation of food trays for patient consumption
Deliver, serve and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays in accordance to established meal schedules
Assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly
Clean and sanitize food service equipment in accordance with hospital & industry food safety and hygiene standards
Selection Criteria:
Current Food Processing Certificate Level 1 (working towards or willing to attain)
Prior experience in Healthcare Food Services
Demonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as a part of a team
Flexible to work a variety of shifts - early/late shifts & weekend work
No working holiday visa accepted
