Digital Content Lead Position

As a Digital Content Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy across various social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content, managing platform presence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Conceptualize, brief, edit, workshop, and publish high-quality content across multiple channels
  • Manage end-to-end presence across social media platforms, including scheduling, publishing, moderation, and performance reporting
  • Cultivate cultural conversations on owned channels and participate in relevant moments across platforms
  • Pitch and execute timely, culturally relevant content that resonates with target audiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing and creative teams on launches, brand moments, and ongoing campaigns
  • Monitor post and channel analytics to inform future content and report on key metrics

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital content or social media marketing
  • Proven track record of creating or briefing engaging, original social content, particularly short-form video
  • Proficiency in creative tools (Figma, Adobe, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and captioning skills with a sharp eye for tone and clarity
  • Deep understanding of platform nuances, trends, and audiences
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with creators or influencers
  • Previously worked in an agency
